Training Program

Accountability and Ethical Decision Making (AEDM) Program

The AEDM Program has been developed to raise levels of awareness amongst public sector employees on issues relating to accountable and ethical decision making in the Western Australian public sector.  The program is designed to provide participants with information about accountability requirements and better equip them to deal with situations/issues that they may encounter.

The training program has been designed to be used by public sector agencies in providing training to their employees on accountability and ethics in the Western Australian public sector.  Training will initially be offered to all public sector CEO's and DG's.  Agencies will then be responsible for providing the training to their employees.

Before you download the Training Program, it is suggested you read the Frequently Asked Questions to find out more about Agency Delivery of the Training and the Training Materials.
